Quality Control: The Non-Negotiable Standard
For international buyers, quality consistency is the biggest concern. We address this through a rigorous 4-Step QC Process:
Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
Testing fabric durability, leather uniformity, and hardware strength
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Monitoring frame assembly and cushioning at every station
Final Inspection (FQC)
Checking stitching, mechanism functionality (like tilt and lift), and overall finish
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Ensuring secure packaging (carton + wooden frame) to prevent damage during sea freight

V-maxone Factory officially commenced operations and began manufacturing leather office chairs.
2018
We engineer chairs that support the spine and encourage movement, reducing fatigue during long working hours.

To meet production demands, we relocated from a 5,000m² factory to a 10,000m² facility to accommodate increased capacity requirements.
