Do you offer different color options for the leather or fabric?
Definitely. While v-maxone stock popular colors like Black, Brown, and Gray, v-maxone have a wide color chart available for both leather and fabric upholstery. You can select any color from v-maxone catalog or provide a code for a match.
Can you mix different types of chairs in one container?
V-maxone specialize in mixed container shipments. You can combine v-maxone’s saddle chairs, leather office chairs, and leisure chairs in one 20ft or 40ft container to optimize your shipping costs and diversify your product range.
What are your payment terms?
V-maxone standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners or large orders, v-maxone can discuss more flexible terms. V-maxone also accept L/C at sight.
What is the typical lead time for a 40ft container order?
Generally, the production lead time for a standard 40ft container is around 25-35 days after confirmation of the sample and receipt of the deposit. This can vary slightly based on seasonality and customization complexity.
How do you package the chairs to ensure they are not damaged during shipping?
V-maxone use sturdy carton boxes with internal foam padding and corner protectors. For leather chairs, v-maxone often add an extra layer of plastic film to protect the upholstery. All packaging is designed for sea freight and rough handling.

Do the chairs come assembled or in flat-pack?
Most of v-maxone office and leisure chairs come in a flat-pack （knocked-down） format to save on shipping costs. They are designed for easy assembly with included tools and instructions. Some executive leather chairs might require minimal assembly, like attaching the base to the body.
What if I receive a chair with a defective part?
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video of the issue. We will either send you a free replacement part or guide you on how to resolve the problem under warranty.
